Bait and switch

Takealot advertised zebra zd220 printers at R293.00 +- with a picture and a worded description. I bought 7 of these printers and received 2ndhand wrist watches instead I have sent proof of this I requested an exchange and was told to send back the goods to verify . The goods sat at the louis trichardt depot for over a week not being collected and after days and days of calling it got collected and refunded and not exchanges like I requested take alot agents kept saying they will have a supervisor or manager call me back and this never happened . I ran around made phone calls for 2 weeks just for take alot to bait and switch on me and they think it's okay . My order number is *** . I do not accept this credit . I bought and paid for printers and requested that you'll rectify this not pull the wool over my eyes and take me for a fool . Apparently after numerous calls agents can't see where I requested an exchange or a manager call me back yet I made more than multiple phone calls.
