Badly damaged product received

I usually love takealot and order from them quite often! But today I am so disappointed, and actually quite angry. I work from home and with all the loadshedding I've really been struggling, so decided to bite the bullet and buy an inverter. It took a week to get delivered (which I was fine with) but when it came today I was shocked. The product is so badly damaged. The whole cover is broken and has multiple cracks. The actually invertor is scratched and chipped in multiple places. This is such an expensive investment, and I expected it to arrive in a decent condition! Now I have to go through the whole return process, and then still wait another week or longer for a new one!
