Badf SErvice from TAKEALOT.

I tried to pay my TV license through them. But although the amount went through twice the SABC denies receiving the amounts and Takelot is not doing anything to refund me the money. The just send me an email saying they are working on it but themn I hear nothing from them again. I have sent various emails but are just being ignored. They definitly have the correct name. TAKEALOT.
