Bad Warranty service

I had returned a gaming chair 3 weeks ago , after multiple times of callings and being told the matter has been escalated to the warranty manager . I thus far have heard nothing . Greatly dissatisfied with the service . Every time I call its that the matter is being escalated to the warranty manager
