bad unhelpful service

<p>i have order a package from takealot and i cancelled it last week wednesday i then got a email on friday saying the package is deliverd....not being specific so i called the call centre first the line was dropped in my ear i then called back requested to speak to a manager.. the person came on the line i asked if you are the manager on duty she said yes.... which was a lie she was the 2IC i then called back to speak to a manager as i requested for one i was then told all the manager is in a meeting...how convenient. i sent then a number of emails spoke to a manager..but no satisfaction as he still didnt email me back since wednesday... look like the customer service mirrors the overall service at take alot disguted by the level of customer service and how they handle there complaint </p>
