BAD TREATMENT

i bought a smart watch from takealot this year, watch had been fine until it started giving me the incorrect pace and the km ran were also inaccurate. i have returned the watch only for takealot to give me the run around. The watch was returned on the 3rd of November and all along i have had to follow up since then on the progress as the updates on the site have been delayed. Misinformation has been given to me . i just spoke to another lady now and she also doesnt seem to know or be sure of what she is talking about. i am told now that the watch is our of their hands and with supplier of which is out of their hands and i will have o wait 21 days for this matter to be sorted,

how i regret buying from you takealot. I really regret it so much.
