BAD TO GREAT SERVICE

I made my first purchase with Takealot and that experience wasn't too efficient. <br> <br> I made a noise about it and I'm happy to report that things were sorted overnight. Takealot does indeed take customer care seriously. <br> <br> I made another purchase sort of to test the next experience.<br> <br> With this order Im happy to report that the service was efficient. I was able to track my order every step of its way from Johannesburg to Grahamstown. PLUS it arrived here ahead of schedule thanks to the efficient cooperation of the teams at Takelot and Fedex.<br> <br> I highly recommend their services and will be doing more shopping on Takealot - just a word of advice to Takealot (stay away from using courier company's who normally let you down).<br> <br> Thanks again to Greg and team at customer care for replying promptly to customers queries. <br> <br>
