BAD TKM Foods - Cocoa Powder Dark

Absolutely upset the TKM Foods Cocoa Powder bought last week from takealot supposed to be the best dark cocoa powder ended up smelling so ghastly this is not cocoa powder but some artifical ******* and they do not accept returns. It smells so bad that I have not used it. Plus takealot can see their reviews are all the same why still allow the reseller to sell that stuff and its not cheap. I wud like an explanation from takealot. If i bought this at any other shop I would have had the option to return it and get another product
