Bad Takelot experience and customer service

In February I bought a swing for my grandson, it said 12 to 36 months and he was only 4 months old so I thought I should return it or gift it to someone but decided to keep it. After a month we decided to use it but my grandson sat in it over a period of 3 months about 3 to 4 times for 5 minutes. Then we noticed the material is torn on both sides which goes over the arms, not torn but coming apart. I requested to return it and dropped it at Takelot only for them to tell me that the item is user damaged, how can a 4 to 7 month old baby damage a swing. You can see that it was a factory manufactured fault the way the arms had gotten. It just goes over baby to secure him in the swing. After all the years of buying from Takelot this is the first time I ever had a problem.
