Bad takealot service

I had to pick up a parcel where it was drop at my wife's work at 5 I had to wait and wait and driver did not show up I have phoned and phone just ring and no pick up then I phoned again and the the line as disabled do to the message as covid how is that possible as I spoken to a call centre agents and she said the drive has one stop to do then he will be there and stil nothing that is poor customer service I will never again buy something by you guys again as you promise me something that you can't keep
