Bad Takealot service.

Takealot is a nonsense eCommerce company, Their returns policy is the most useless i have ever come across in the 21st century. They will decline a defected product without consulting or giving you the reason as to why their doing so. I bought a Hi-sense sound bar less than 6 months ago, and one of the 4 enclosed speakers now doesn't give out proper audio. upon returning this to takealot, i see that my return was declined. I mean dear God, why would i mess up with an appliance i value so dearly. i am glad their being taken to task by the competition commission, because they are really bull**** and give the worst service and no feedback!!!!
