Bad Takealot Courier service

I ordered an item from takealot, which was scheduled to be delivered today, the 31st December 2018. To my surprise I got an SMS to tell me a delivery attempt was made and they just left. This is not true, as I was home all day and can see my drive way from my room.

I also called to try reschedule the deliver for today, since I responded 5 minutes after getting the SMS. I spoke to a Jonothan in the takealot call centre which told me there was an attempted delivery - and they wont deliver it today, even after I asked him to reschedule as I am home all day. Really disappointed in the sub-par service I received with this experience.
