They claimed I did not return everything so I cannot be refunded. I made them an offer to take the R1000 free accessories from my refund as I did not want to struggle with them. As we speak nothing has come of it-they have my money (Lenovo Intel Celeron Notebook with Accessories Qty: 1 R 6,399) and their laptop.
