Bad T&C's

I tried to order a item of todays daily deals. After I added the special into my basked and proceeded to check out, the item was confirmed with the special price in my basket. During the checkout takealot did change the price back to the normal price and marked the special as sold out. The call centre confirmed this praxis and informed me that a item / price is never secured in the basket, not even for 1 minute. This is a very unprofessional praxis! The item should at least be secured for a normal check out time to give the customer the chance to finish his order. I'm very disapointet in takealot and will NEVER ORDER AGAIN. This is the reason why online shopping has such a bad reputation in SA! Companies like Takealot are not following international standards.
