Bad show takealot

Takealot refuses to fix a, cellphone under warranty claiming the charging cable I returned with the phone is incorrect Even after I delivered the correct one they now just courier the phone unrepeared back to me not acknowledging receipt of correct cable even though I have a sms stating I delivered the cable They try everything not to accept responsibility
