Bad sevice

i made a purchase on the 22nd to this they running around with my parcel, no communication all they keep doing isbswnding me stupid email that my cell number was updated. No one bothered to call not one is providing feedback on my purchase. I was afviced my parcel will be delivered on the 26the today is the 1st of july
