bad services

Ive order a package on thursday to be delivery on saterday, We stay in complex they didnt come to delivery my package at all, I called them 6 times on sunday 1 December 2019 they say they driver will call me they didnt call me they just went with own opnion and say i wasnt at home, They should have called me as i was at home as i stay in complex, This really bad bad service of takealot when i called them sunday 7th time the guy said they will send new driver out with my package nother lie by takealot
