Bad services

I am very disappointed, i ordered 2 of the same items on takealot on the 10th November 2024,yesterday i received an email that my order was cancelled due to no stock however i was only credited for 1 item, and didn't receive my other items money nor my delivery, an email was sent yesterday and up until now no funds was credited and to top it off when i claim my funds it takes 5 business days to be returned but when placing your order the money goes off from your account immediately.
