bad services and lies

i bought a blender from takealot and after a few months using it the blazes stop spinning and the motor was spinning on its own. soon after that i was in contact with takealot telling them what has happened, i then logged a call to return the blender and after a week of no contact from them tracked the progress on them coming to collect their blender and nothing was done. i had to contacted them again asking what's take so long, they then closed the call and created a new one which means starting from the beginning again and they said the blender will be collected on Friday before 5pm on the 8th of September which never happened, i had to send them an email again then they said Monday the 11th of September which never happened again and then they said Tuesday which also never happened and no one is saying anything form their side. i want my money back nothing else
