bad services

This has to be the worst experience with Takealot i have been waiting for my order for six days now which i was supposed to receive within 3 days there is no feedback i have called takealot and each time i am promised a manager will get back to me and he/she does not bother , i have spoken Lusanda M, B Mbasa, and Yandisa there is no help i have asked they cancel the order and return my money and still nothing has been done.
