BAD SERVICES!!

I am not very happy with the service from Takealot. I have let them know servaral times that my account is hacked and that they need to stop the deliver the person made...NO RESPONSE!!! We also ordered items and everytime the items gets canceled, when we finally got the item just before Christmas it was the wrong item!! Why are takealot service getting worse and worse??
