Bad services

I bought a printer on takealot on the 12th of October 2018 - I paid on the 12th of October with fast payment. Then last week I tracked the order and the order was not even dispatched yet from the supplier on the 18th - I cancelled the order - order nr ********** 3 - I received an email telling me a credit will be placed on my account within 2 business days. Today is the 22nd of October 4 days later no credit. In between I made a new order on take-alot for another printer Epson L120 Ink tank system - I can not use the credit that was suppose to be credited back in 2 days - Takealot I did many order previously with your company but your services are going to really unsatisfied - In between you have my money from the 12th of October 2018 - I am stuck without a printer. I can not phone - no nrs on takealot fro complaints. If this is the way forward I will be not ordering again from your company.
