bad services

I placed an order on the 19th December and today is the 30th December, these were Christmas gifts for my Nephews and Christmas passed and they did not get the gifts ,I called the call centre and I was told it will be today, on the 28th December I saw they have tried to deliver built my sister did not receive an sms or call to state they going to deliver /or there could not deliver this is very WRONG for my NEPHEWS to wait for gifts , the delivery was scheduled to be on the 24th December 2019. My sister went to the pick up point on the 28th and treated so RUDELY. I want someone to listen to the unprofessional call this morning when I called assisted by ROBIN SALIE
