Bad Service/****mers

I bought the kids tablet and it only worked for a week , when it came there was no charger included when I logged a return they saying they can’t take the tablet back because there is no charger but I already told them there was no charger on the box now I must sit with a tablet that is not working that I bought for R1000 and when I asked for a refund they can’t refund me . I’m so disappointed with your service , I would not recommend anyone to buy the kids tablet from Takelot it’s a **** . It won’t turn on .
