Bad servicem always late with delivery
Takealot has declined so badly with delivering on schedule. I order regularly abd since December 2022 my orders never gets delivered in the time abd date period as promised. To.me, it's my worst online store experience. The call center staff is so unprofessional and are not helpful either. I would rate takealot 0 stars but it's not an option. Therefore they get 1 star. If you need something rather find alternative online store whonare reliable and professional

07 Oct 2023, 17:54I was exoecting my Takealot order between 9am at 5pm today the 7th of October 2023. I phoned Takealot customer service to find out if it's still on track. The agent advised me that the Rondebosch branch lady advised she doesn't have drivers. I can collect my parcel. I then explained that I chose to order through Takealot because of the delivery option. I insisted the order must be delivered today to honor Takealot's commitment to me. I find that my orders aren't delivered on the date as promised. I also do not get communication on any changes in delivery and no apology. Very bad service. I am a very disappointed customer.
