Bad service/lost package!

I ordered a few things from Takealot on 28/11/2019 and was told they'd be delivered by 04/12/2019, then on the day I'm guessing the courier got lost because they asked for GPS coordinates. I then gave them an alternative address informing them that there'll be no one to receive the package at the initial address and was told they'd deliver to the new address by 11/12/2019. The day after I received this confirmation, the tracking information on my order indicated that the package was delivered to the first address and signed for by me!! Obviously that's not the case because I'd told them I won't be there, so they basically delivered to the wrong address and gave my order to some other person I don't know. And now that there's this situation I've been sending emails and have not received any response from the call center or their Facebook page. So now I don't know what to do, I don't have my order or my money back! Terrible service from a company that has previously been very good at communicating! I'm extremely disappointed and will not be ordering anything from them again!
