BAD SERVICE/********* TYPE

I would like to complain about TAKE A LOT. I ordered a wet and dry Vacuum cleaner with other products, they delivered after 6 or 7 days, which was alright...The product was not satisfactory, I was not happy, I told them immediately, they arranged to come and collect the package, on Monday, the 02/08/2021. Since then, no one from TAKE A LOT has contacted me regarding my refund. and they promised to do so on the 30/07/2021. They do not have contact details on their app, you simply cannot call them! I've been submitting enquiries on their app, asking for my refund and till today, no one has called me to arrange for my refund. Its very frustrating to deal with people you cannot get hold of. I need them to refund my MONEY ASAP. Such an unnecessary frustration.
