BAD SERVICE,DO NOT BUY LARGE ITEMS.INCOMPETENCY.DRIVERS LACK CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS..

if its possible to rate no star i would,i bought a headboard on the 5th of April 2023,on the 13th of April i was supposed to get my headboard,but it didn't arrive after i was called by a consultant and be conneted to a driver who requested for me to send my location by WhatsApp and i did,but no delivery was made,then i received another notifications that the parcel will be delivered on the 14th of April and no delivery was made even a bit of communication until now,i contacted takealot of Facebook on Friday where they told me the parcel is lost and would i like a replacement or a refund to which i told them to refund but still even today no cancelation of the order,i enquired on the 16th its still excused,no one is taking responsibility,the driver are *********** and lazy as well as the Facebook team,you have to constantly remind them to do their jobs,people Takealot is no longer the same,customers come last and NEVER EVER BUY BIGGER ITEMS,imagine how can a whole headboard be lost??it shows incompetency.the service is bad.
