Bad Service (Wrong Item)

Hi Everyone,

Two weeks back I bought a watch from Takealot, only to find that they deliver the wrong item all together to what what I paid for and the item is even cheaper to what I have bought, I called in I spoke to Luthando he arranged for exchange, they came to collect the wrong Item, 5 days later they come deliver the same Item Item they delivered in the first place. Please people be careful with this online store more especially Takealot, they don't take their clients serious. If they they don't have what I have order they should just tell me they don't have it in stock, other that keep delivering the wrong item to me time and again.
