BAD SERVICE, WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS, EMPTY PROMISES

I bought stuff for my lil one on the06/10/2017, it was delivered at a wrong place. I look for the customer care number and it was incorrect. So I took time and went to their head office to complain, I was told in need to call customer service and was given a correct number. I called and I spoke to Faheer who advise me he can’t assist me, he will have to call me back and he never did. I called in I Spoke to Somikazi who assisted me on the sport and I asked to speak to manager then I spoke to Kim who assured me everything will be sorted. After 2 days the guys deliver again in a wrong address after confirming on email the address. I called again and they assured me it will be sorted. Days later (19th) they deliver my parcel but they didn’t deliver the 2 in 1 walker. At this time I was so furious. I sent an email to Somikazi, later I got a call from Donovan who assisted me and assured me that the parcel will be delivered the following day (20th). Next day comes and nothing. I called and send email by this time I was fed up I wanted my money and they told me that they have polices, I must wait for Monday for the item to be sent back to the warehouse then ill be able get my money and I told him the reason I shop online is that I don’t have time which means I must wait till next weekend to go and buy the walker. We come to a conclusion that ill wait for Monday for the walker to be delivered at my place and I’m no longer cancelling my order. They gave me R200 voucher to spend at take a lot ofwhich I told them I’ll never ever buy anything from them. Still today 23rd October I have not received my order, I called the customer service, I spoke to Ziyanda who refused to give me her last name, she told me Donovan left and the was no manager to help me so I need to call tomorrow morning, when I explain what I have been through with take a lot, she still said I must call tomorrow as no one can assist me. Ive never been this irritated.
