Bad Service, Worse Comminication

I purchased a Mellerware Stick Blender 6 months ago. 10 days ago sparks flew in my hand and tripped all the lights. Since then I have had back and forth with 5 different Sales advisors, who don't speak to each other, and, many many SMS telling me they tried to collect but I wasn't home.....I am always at home I work at home. I use this appliance every day. Gonna go elsewhere
