Bad service with the delivery

I place a order for my 9 year old son at Takelot, my delivery was scheduled for today before 17: 00 like they always say, i stayed home and rescheduled my appointments to make sure that my son can get his gift that he has been waiting for, the whole day he kept on asking me when is the delivery coming and kept on assuring him that it will arrive soon . when i saw that it was now 16:40 i contacted their delivery department on this number *** and i was assured that the driver will be here shortly he just left a bit late but my delivery will be today. there i go again assuring my son . to my surprise now at 17:30 i receive a message that state that they could not deliver because recipient could not provide identification!! you are bad *****, Which recipient are you talking about when i’ve been in my house the whole day waiting for you people to deliver my order? i leave at a gated community, for you to come in they must call you at the main gate? i went check with the security and their footage you never came and my phone never ringer for me to open. this is such a turn of and a sign of disrespect for my time, how could you make me wait for the whole day for nothing and then have the audacity to lie and say you came . 👎🏾
