Bad Service! What a shame

I have just had a really bad experience with this company. I have been purchasing items and wished to return an item as is was faulty. This was 24 hours after receiving the item which has a 30 day no questions asked policy. Takealot have basically been unable to collect the item after 12 days. I have sent more than 15 emails and they continuously sent promises and lies. Really dissatisfied with such bad service Shame on you guys
