Bad service to return a item

I am sorry to share my bad experience but Takealot make me upset I order a set of 3 Paris Eiffel Tower they deliver it one is bent I took it to Takealot Duncanville pickup point to return it but it is now a week and a day just to get feedback to send me a return on the item. I want the item I rush them to speed up the return because I will get cross if they tell me they can't return it bacause it is out of stock. I will stop order from them if they took time to approve a return.
