Bad service to loyal customers

*Very Disappointed Loyal Customer - Takealot Needs To Up Its Game*

I have been a loyal Takealot customer for more than 5 years and have made countless purchases, yet I have never received any points, discount points, or any form of loyalty reward. Nothing.

What do loyal customers actually get? Absolutely nothing. You just take and take - I guess that is exactly what your name stands for.

On top of that, deliveries are often late and customer appreciation is non-existent. There are a lot of upcoming online stores now that offer so much more - real rewards, discounts, and better service.

Takealot needs to seriously up its game and start valuing the people who kept you in business. Very poor experience.
