Bad service Takelot

I placed an order 15/12/25 on Takelot. Witch delivery date is 19/12/25. On the date of delivery I received an sms stating that my order wat delivered at the wrong courier ficility. And wil be rescheduled. So now I did not receive a reschedule nor can I track my parcel. Keeps on saying shipped. I called the service sebtre they conferred that the parcel is in my local ficility. I asked them to please find out when it Wil be deliver. The reply I get is on email. In 2=3 working days. There is now way of contacting the LPD ficility. And no one can tel me when. I'm a takelot more member but I'm being charged for bulk on the app it says free if you are a member. Still the app shows shipped. No time or date. So I can receive it after Christmas. Or next year. There service is bad flthey have a Facebook page but there is no attendance on that page. A lot of complains.
