Order #*** Takealot not willing to cancel an order that they delaying delivering - first need to receive an sms to then cancel??? why i did inform them i need the item this weekend and its too late Tuesday, this morning the item delivery was postponed to the 11th of June, why are you using seller that don't have stock? All i ask is to cancel the purchased, where i will rather get in my car and go to the local shop to buy the items as its urgent ... poor communication from Takleot and no contact nr on the site to call them. POOR SERVICE from a big company? that cant even just cancel the purchase due to i need to wait for an sms ?
