Bad service Takealot.com

I ordered a laptop, Mecer fundi 13.3", from them. After having to wait almost a month it came on 1 June 2020. The box was damaged but to the contents there was no visible damage. So after about the 3rd or 4th time opening the laptop the bottom came open. Enquired from a local IT technician who said it was a factory defect hinge and I sould send it back. So sent it back and the pictures they sent me is alot worse than when it left here and they say it user damage. How can a faulty hinge be user damage? Will never shop from them again.
