Bad service takealot.com

Absolutely poor service received from takealot.com. ordered products on the 16th dec. Sent proof of payment to them. To be informed that shortpayment of 5 rand was made. Sent them the proof again after the 5 rand was paid. Wad told i will receive my products the 24th. When i phoned the 24th to be informed my order was cancelled. It was my daughters christmas present. After how many phone calls from the 16th up to the 24th, just sorry to say ma'am but you won't receive it. Very pathetic.
