BAD SERVICE TAKEALOT & TECHNOLAB

Initially the service was very good after dealing with John Booysen at Takealot but since having the product delivered just went downhill. Ordered a Smart IP Camera. Had trying with the setup and called Technolab which is the supplier to Takealot. Absolutely horrible service and their attitude is simply that if I have a problem with it just return it, I got onto Takealot website to have the item replaced but not with one that was supported by Technolab and also informed them that I would not have a problem paying in extra for something a little better. No feedback from Takealot. Checked my orders in their website and see they replaced the item. Called them only to find out that it was the same replacement by guess who "Technolab"... Customer Service couldn't help and weren't even concerned. So... no customer service....
