Bad service Takealot! First and Last! Not recommended.

I bought a UPS, gizzu. Recently it has been giving problems, just shuts off. Returned it to takealot, at the branch in Ottery. This was the 18th, I am still waiting. Apparently at the supplier, I just wanted to get a new one. I called, to follow up, someone was suppose to come back - I am still waiting, it’s the 30th now. When can I expect a refund or an update? I am still waiting.
