Bad Service Takealot

I returned and item and once all the parts was received i received a time for feedback from their evaluations department 5-7 days which has now expired and on my account on the app it states my return has been concluded. I have been calling and emailing daily regarding ny return MRRN-25WNQ-OWX7, every consultant who answers the phone tells you they will follow up but no one seem to know what is happening with my retur. Shaakir, Melissa and a Nico was suppose to provide feedback and no one called. I called a few minutes ago spoke to an Agent and she told me about the cable thats still oustanding I informed her they collected the cable and I was informed last week already that it was received. They are so unprofessional as every agent tells you a different story or that they will escalate your query but no feedback and queries does not get escalated
