Bad service, TakeAlot driver

Hi I wanna express my disappointment for the ******* service I received on my purchase #*** from TakeAlot

The driver called me, told me he's in my complex but does not have my order...after he asked me for the access code...so I asked why he needed the code then and why he made contact...he said I must call the office and fix that with them cos it's not his problem that they didn't load my order. in the most rude way

so how is any of this my issue? All I know is order, pay and get my order.
