Bad service, stay away!

In the past I ordered several times from them and received good service, but now I'm getting very poor service. I subscribed for the TakeAlot and more . I paid R99 everymonth, but never got that benefits of same day deliveries. My dogfood should be delivered by yesterday after I ordered it a week ago, but didn't receive it yet. It's not yet shipped. Yesterday, after a log a complaint about it, I received an email that said that they got it in their branch, but will try to get in touch with someone to delivered it to me. Until now, the status on their website is still not shipped yet. I also received wrong item lately for instance the Heavy Duty Black refused bags. They sent me twice poor bags. Although I received my refunds but really, they didn't make sure they send the correct items to you.
