Bad service, status set to delivered while i don't have the goods wow

I wish i came to hello peter for reviews before i bought something at take a lot. so i made the purchase i think three weeks back, It was scheduled to be delivered on 11 June, it never happened, nothing on the 12, nothing over the weekend, now i log in to track and it says delivered on 14 around 1 pm, im just so shocked at the service, delivered to who ? i was indoors the whole day wow and i don't even remember getting a call for delivery nor signing off the delivery, this was my first time and judging from whats happening its definitely the last. im just so ****ed, please bring my parcel if that's too much for you guys, refund me my money, i cant the service is appalling really
