BAD SERVICE SECONDHAND STUFF

We are so GATVOL.We bought so many stuff from them over time no problems.But now al a sudden many stories to return. We order WiFi cameras previous was only one at a time.Takealot have a special in Feb2025 for the same Wifi cameras what bought but in a TWIN PACK. Delivery no problem. But when we open the camera boxes we notice the one camera was used before because the white plastic was faded by sunlight it was brown in colour and secondly the Pv panel bracket was also rusted and in the box was a sd card package what also show this was already used before. So we pay for new stuff not secondhand already used stuff. We lock a complain and take it to the Montana pick up point.At the store they open it we explain and show them what was the problem.We received a acknowledge sms they will investigate. After a weeks waiting we send a mail and ask what about our claim. Then they inform us their is missing accessories BUT MY GOODNESS THIS WAS A USED FU... ING CAMERA. We send a mail again what accessories are missing. Ok we send from our previous cameras the stuff what was missing the one was the instruction manual and the other one was the charging cable.We received again notification.After a week again funny questions been ask "'Was the box open '"My Goodness we open it and realise that camera was used before,and they open it at the Pick up store again.For us it seems they play for time or Takealot is not willing to exchange the camera what they in thirst place send out to us as a used secondhand one.We are very disappointed in their service and how they handle queries after a mistake from their side.
