Bad Service / Second Hand Goods

For the third time i ordered a power bank which I received and it was clearly SECOND HAND! When I phoned yesterday I spoke with Jade and when I told her I am “gatvol” she burst out laughing (phone calls are recorded). She promised to phone me back, vouchers and that the issue would be resolved within the hour which never happened. I phoned later and spoke to Sibo who promised to phone me this morning (Saturday) and it hasn’t happened. The power bank was a gift and it makes me look like an idiot that is regifting something. I am a massive Takealot fan but wont support or recommend them again.
