Bad service- returns

Returned a hard drive cord after a few weeks of buying the hard drive it stopped working. Logged query on the 9th & I still don’t have my cable replaced , I’ve been corresponding with Aqueela who has just decided stop responding to my email, could someone please get back to me ASAP
