Bad service return and collect

Very bad service ... I ordered 3 items on the 29th of January 2021 ... they delayed my packages 3 times ... then when it finally arrived ... it was wrong ... it was not what i ordered ... i then immediately logged a return ... someone contacted me to get photos of what i received and my order number ... they told me that someone would come to collect it on the 16th of February 2021 and then the delayed it again 3 to 4 times and then they just stopped sending me reschedule dates its been almost a month and Takealot still dit not show ... it is very bad service and NOT acceptable !!!
