Bad service - regarding black Friday Sale

Ordered a phone on black Friday for R3300, showed my order is shipped and all of a sudden received an email where it showed that I have logged a return saying I changed my mind, but I have not received the phone yet.

Tried phoning Takealot, no answer, sent a mail the guy did not have a clue how to help me just said he can see it was send back to the warehouse buy doesn’t know why.

Checked my orders again now it shows that I have ordered the phone but still owes R700 which comes back to the original price.

The customer service is terrible, problem still not solved and still haven’t received the delivery. Any advice????

I actually loved Takealot but this service is terrible terrible terrible, would not buy again.
